Reporting discrimination

Any person may file a Title IX or other civil rights complaint day or night, by phone or email as indicated below.

For individuals who have a grievance or who believe they've been discriminated against because of a protected class, you can file a complaint using this online report. Gateway will investigate allegations without regard to the legal status of the parties or witnesses and does not report immigration status to immigration authorities.

Gateway will also provide appropriate auxiliary aids and services, including qualified sign language interpreters and assistive listening devices, whenever necessary to ensure effective communication to those who have hearing, sight, or speech impairments unless to do so would result in a fundamental alteration of its programs or an undue administrative or financial burden. Language Access at Gateway

Gateway provides meaningful access to college programs, services and activities for individuals who speak a language other than English, specifically Spanish. Translation services are available at no cost, including ASL. Gateway's Language Access Plan outlines the college's efforts to create an inclusive environment for individuals with limited English proficiency.
